Bilingual Receptionist - London

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Bilingual Receptionist for a 30-day temporary contract in Bowmanville, ON.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and assisting with administrative tasks in both English and French.

  • Salary: $25.00/hour
  • Location: Bowmanville, ON (On-site)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Job Type: Full-time | Temporary (30 days)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in both English and French.
  • Make outbound calls to clients or customers as needed.
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance in both languages.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or as a receptionist.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
