From the OG Halifax Donair and Garlic Fingers, to the Mini Lobster Rolls and Chips, it’s all washed down with your choice of craft beer or cocktails.
B&G was founded by a group of passionate Canadians with a bold vision: to salute the spirited roots of Halifax with fellow Maritimers and share this beloved experience of food, drink, music and culture with the rest of Canada.
Line Cook:
- Maintaining a clean space, especially in view of guests.
- Demonstrate food safe understanding and adherence.
- Work quickly and efficiently.
- Responsible for nightly closes which include daily/weekly cleaning duties, prepping equipment for close, and ensuring the kitchen is ready for morning open.
- Communicate between shifts and with managers and teammates
- Maintain great communication with FOH to ensure service is smooth
- Have a passion for great food and real ingredients.
- Prep/Cook food that is genuine and of a high-quality
- Take responsibility for food quality and presentation of everything leaving the kitchen.
- Ability to cook large amounts of food for dine in service as well as take out
- Have a passion for providing East Coast Food & Hospitality!

Who You Are?We are currently hiring for a line cook. If you are outgoing, dependable, and motivated, you will fit in great! Strong kitchen experience is required (1-2 years).
