Data Quality AnalystOttawa-ON
1 year contract position

- Completed an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or in a related field.
- Minimum 4 years in a data analysis role involving reporting/analytics projects, data warehouse and/or data platforms.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Data Management and Data Governance.
- Ability to elicit data requirements and data quality rules from business use cases.
- Ability to simplify technology/data communications for business consumption.
- Experience working to establish business rules, Data Quality rules, and Data Quality thresholds
- Capable of data testing, profiling and assessment based on customized DQ rules.
- Preferred Qualifications: Agile principles and the Scrum Framework
- Data verification and functional testing of migrated data
- Data Issue Analysis & Remediation
- Work with the team to build and run data transformation routines to transform and move data from its current state into the vendor staging database
