The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors warmly and ensure they are directed to the appropriate staff or department.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized state, ensuring all necessary materials, such as forms and brochures, are readily available.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous and timely manner.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries to the appropriate recipients.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling, filing, or data entry, as needed.
• Ensure all office equipment at the front desk, such as fax machines and printers, is in working order.
• Address visitor or staff inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Uphold an attentive demeanor and appearance at all times, reflecting the values of the organization.
