A CPA designation and public accounting experience are a must for this critical role. This role is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee financial and accounting operations across 10 entities, ensuring group consolidation is done accurately and timely.
2. Ensure compliance with IFRS and SOX requirements in all financial and reporting processes.
3. Carry out comprehensive reconciliations, delve into the details to understand the transactions and any related consolidations.
4. Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline.
5. Coordinate, execute and file financial tax returns.
6. Ensure timely and accurate budget analysis and financial reviews for management.
7. Supervise and lead annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors.
8. Develop systems to process payroll and track accounts payable and receivable.
9. Cultivate and maintain systems for fiscal controls, prepare timely and comprehensive financial reports.
