Customer Service Representative

This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, mail, or online platforms
• Handle customer inquiries related to billing issues, service requests, account balance, and other account-related concerns
• Organize and maintain an efficient filing system to ensure easy retrieval of information
• Process customer service orders and relevant documentation for account activities such as reconnections and disconnections
• Review, adjust, document, and verify customer accounts to assist in the collection of payments
• Process overdue final bills for collection with a third-party collection agency
• Coordinate customer account activities including setup, finalization, transfers, refunds, and service reconnections
• Handle and process customer correspondence received through various channels within the required response time
• Maintain the customer service area ensuring it is tidy and safe for work.
