Contract Administrator (Loans)

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Contract Administrator (Loans) in the automotive industry, based in Markham, Ontario. The role involves maintaining and processing customer credit applications, keeping precise customer credit records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process lease and loan contracts to assist in the smooth running of the automotive lending operations
• Verify incoming documents for completeness & accuracy, ensuring data is input correctly
• Manage and verify terms and numbers on incoming contracts to maintain consistency and accuracy
• Identify and resolve contract discrepancies through effective verbal and written communication with dealers to maintain strong business relationships
• Use Accounting Software Systems and Adobe Acrobat for document management and data entry
• Use your knowledge of loan administration and loan agreements to ensure all contracts are processed correctly
• Utilize your skills in ADP - Financial Services and Bluebeam Revu to manage customer accounts and take appropriate action
• Perform any other duties as required, demonstrating your ability to adapt and take on new tasks.
