Position Overview

Match Retail is seeking high-energy and results-driven Team Leads to represent a premium coffee machine brand within Costco. In this role, you will provide in-field coaching, drive sales, and step in as a Coffee Advisor as needed. If you’re a proactive leader with a passion for premium products and team development, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact!

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-field support to the Area Manager, ensuring smooth program execution.
  • Step in as a Coffee Advisor to fill in for absent team members when required.
  • Coach and motivate your team to exceed sales and performance goals.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Drive sales and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and key retail stakeholders.
What We Offer
  • Compensation: $27 per hour
  • Mileage Reimbursement: KM expenses covered
  • Program Duration: 9 weeks
  • Hours: 28 hours per week; Thursday to Monday schedule
  • Hands-on experience representing a world-class brand
  • Training: Paid online training (schedule to be confirmed).
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales and customer service (commission-based sales experience is an asset).
  • At least 1 year of experience leading a team or managing sales associates.
  • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and customer engagement (formal sales training is a plus!).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent a premium brand.
  • Friendly, professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Access to reliable transportation for store visits.
  • Smartphone with internet access for on-the-go communication.
