Your Role:
- Make Outbound Calls: Engage real estate agents to introduce and promote our client’s current offers and promotions.
- Build Connections: Establish rapport with agents, demonstrating the value of our client’s offerings and answering any questions they may have.
- Document Interactions: Keep detailed records of calls and capture relevant information of each call.
- Provide Insights: Share feedback and observations from conversations to help enhance our outreach strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and meet call volume goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools.
- Interest in Real Estate: Familiarity with the real estate industry is a bonus.
