Human Resources Exemption: No Education e.g. Chemistry required in Chemistry, Microbiology in Microbiology, etc. Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in defined science & required courses Major dependent on specific specialty area: BSC 4-yr degree in Biochemistry or Biology; Genetics/Cell Biology (6 Cr.Hrs.); Microbiology (6 Cr. Hrs.); Statistics or Bioinformatics (3Cr. Hrs.)
