Digital Marketing Coordinator
Dexterra Group is looking for a digital marketing coordinator, who enjoys a fast-paced environment to work as part of the Marketing & Communications team to assist in the development and execution of the company’s annual marketing strategy, generating creative ideas to reach key audiences across the B2B buyer journey.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator performs some or all of the following duties:
- Coordinate content creation, working collaboratively with business leaders, subject matter experts, creative services, and other members of the Marketing and Communications team
- Schedule and publish content to the website, social channels, and campaigns using Hubspot and WordPress
- Assist the Marketing Manager with developing editorial calendars for social communities, managing social communities, and ensuring alignment with social media strategy
- Assist in developing various digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, and content creation
- Analyze engagement and results of content (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future messaging or activities
- Assist the Marketing and Communications team with ad hoc projects, as required
- General understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and performance tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Adobe Creative Suite skills are considered an asset
- Well-developed organizational, time management and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethic
- Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (French/English)
