User Experience Design Lead

We’re looking for a Senior UX Design Lead to drive the full UX design lifecycle for a complex digital platform within the real estate industry. This 1-year contract, hybrid role based in Vancouver requires a deep understanding of user psychology and behavior to enhance user engagement and optimize the platform for real estate professionals and other stakeholders.

As part of an Agile/Scrum team, you’ll work in an iterative development environment, leading UX strategy, prototyping, and execution. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the platform meets both business objectives and user needs while maintaining WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full UX design lifecycle, from research to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Define the project vision, objectives, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee a project roadmap, managing scope, risks, and dependencies across UX, content, and technology teams.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs to create an intuitive user experience.
• Partner with development teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs.
• Establish design systems and guidelines for a consistent and scalable digital experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and information architecture planning to gather actionable insights.
• Drive adoption initiatives, including training resources, webinars, and operational documentation.
• Monitor post-launch analytics, track user engagement metrics, and propose data-driven iterative updates.
