What you will be doing:

• Assist with the development of design and temporary works design plans for construction
• Verify the constructibility of the design and the temporary works design
• Prepare method statements for the various works
• Verify if design, temporary works design and methodologies comply with applicable regulations, including H&S and labour regulations
• Assist with the preparation of lift plans and their intergration to the method statements
• Create draft schedules in collaboration with various departments and teams
• Assist with the development of the structure erection sequence
• Coordinate with the construction team and the survey departement and prepare load maps for the geometry control of the deck erection
• Assist with the preparation of the techical documents for RFPs
• Prepare operation checklists for the deck erection
• Perform other duties as required

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related discipline is preferred
• Proven experience in the construction industry, preferably in process optimization or methodology/method development
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, agile methodologies, and project management techniques
• Ability to identify and resolve inefficiencies and challenges in engineering workflows
• Knowledge of and experience with BIM, AutoCAD and Navisworks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluency in both, French and English is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
