The role involves acting as an HR Generalist, a position that plays a crucial role in implementing various human resources programs. The HR Generalist carries out a wide range of HR tasks, such as organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves, and crafting HR policies, ensuring a smooth and effective operation of the HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans to ensure employees are adequately rewarded for their work.
- Play an active role in talent acquisition and recruitment processes to attract and retain high-quality employees.
- Conduct employee onboarding and organize training & development initiatives to make sure new hires are well-integrated and current employees continue to develop their skills.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise to maintain employee satisfaction.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies to ensure the company is following best practices.
- Undertake tasks around performance management to ensure employees are performing at their best and are rewarded accordingly.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates to help make informed HR decisions.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews to provide feedback and encourage continuous improvement.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations to avoid any legal issues.
