Responsibilities:
Your Role:
The Production Scheduler is responsible for running SAP reports, analyzing action messages, resolving issues, analyzing and reacting to daily reports, as well as expediting, delaying, cancelling, or adjusting purchase orders. In addition, this individual will provide daily production schedules for the manufacturing processes in the facility that meet customer delivery requests.We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Run and analyze SAP reports to determine specific items to be ordered.
- Monitor due dates and chart delivery performance.
- Review changes, additions, and deletions to customer orders.
- Generate production schedules each day.
- Present and speak in a group setting.
- Manage inventory.

Qualifications:
We need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4+ years of related professional and progressive experience in production planning.
- Proficiency in math and performing basic calculations.
- SAP/JDA experience.
- Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and have strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Icing on the cake:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
