About Our Client
Our client is a leading construction company specializing in the construction of complex buildings in the Institutional, Commercial and Industrial sector. We are currently seeking a Project Manager who will report to the Director of Construction and will be responsible of the success of projects by overseeing and directing all operational aspects under their leadership.
Job Description- Lead and oversee ICI construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered successfully and meet project specifications.
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Facilitate clear communication among all project participants, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present project status updates to senior management and clients.
- Identify potential risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

The Successful Applicant- Minimum 5 years experience in construction project management within a General Contractor in the ICI sector.
- Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of relevant construction law and building codes.
- Knowledge of Procore and Master of MS office and MS Project software.
- Knowledge of the Human Rights Code and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Proven time management abilities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Salary range: $100 000-$140 000 base salary
