• Shift: Days and Afternoons, 2 week rotation, 7-3:30 pm, 3-11 pm
Must Haves:
• 3-5 years experience in the automotive industry
• 3-5 years as a maintenance engineer or equivalent
• Degree in Engineering
Job Description:
• Execute trainings for Windsor team members in the use of the EAM system.
• Implementation of best practices and solutions
• Responsible to collect and correlate OEE data and key metrics for use in TPM daily activities
• Use of CMMS D7i software tools in order to drive global standardization within the maintenance processes
• Work with local Maintenance team to ensure action plans and time lines are met, standard is kept and developed further
• Support and interact with the manufacturing teams and ensure standards are kept
• Responsible for the daily planning of predictive/preventative maintenance activities of all manufacturing equipment and processes
• Verify and execute all TPM objectives
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts
• Develop and implement and maintain technical standards
