We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.
Duties:
This job includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
• Schedule and confirm appointments;
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines;
• Requisition or order office supplies, equipment and materials; and arrange for maintenance and repair work Ensure smooth operation of equipment
• Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, record and prepare minutes of meetings;
• Compile data, statistics and other information
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, oversee payroll administration
• Provide customer service;
• Maintain and manage digital database;
• Develop and update engaging contents for the company’s website;
• Create an online presence by means of autoresponder email campaigns.
Qualifications required:
• Minimum high school graduate, preferably college diploma or training in business or related field;
• At least one year experience as office administrative assistant;
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
