Superbe opportunité de joindre une entreprise bien implantée à Québec. Sous la supervision du chef comptable, le technicien comptable est le premier point de contrôle au niveau des diverses transactions comptable. Il valide et analyse les transactions puis balance les informations au Grand Livre.
Le technicien comptable sera d'un naturel discret et analytique, il utilise couramment Excel et s'acquitte de ses tâches de manière rigoureuse. Le poste est sur une base de 37.5h/sem, une fois ses fonctions maîtrisées il lui sera possible de faire un peu de télétravail à raison de 1 à 2 jours.
Les assurances groupe inclue une participation de l'employeur au REER.
• Préparer et mettre à jour divers fichiers, rapports et indicateurs de performances;
• Vérifier et analyser les promotions et autres coûts pour effectuer les bonnes provisions;
• Vérifier et suivre les réclamations et déductions en lien avec certaines ententes;
• Effectuer certaines tâches de facturation;
• Traiter, codifier et enregistrer certaines transactions comptables;
• Balancer certains auxiliaires avec les bons comptes de GL et produire les écritures de régularisation;
• Participer à la préparation des fermetures de période;
