Project Coordinator
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator with construction experience. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting with administrative tasks, document management, and coordination to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of project documentation
• Maintain accurate files and records, both electronically and in hard copy, ensuring that all documentation is organized and easily accessible
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements, and track project expenses
• Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the project team to track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, and update project schedules as needed
