Coordinate, process and document all Inland Transportation related invoices and payments in a timely fashion.
• Maintain accurate fleet information in Canpotexs systems as well as with the railways and regulatory agencies.
• Verify the accuracy of freight, customs, railway ancillaries, leasing (including shop credits), storage and repair invoices, resolves disputes and escalates where necessary.
• Conduct a monthly audit and validation of all railway charges.
• Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with external stakeholders such as producers, terminals, railways, mine sites...
