(25-30 hours a week expected, Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri working days and closed on Wednesdays)
Responsibilities include:
• Planning and coordinating programs and individual courses
• Maintain program, student and instructor schedules
• Manage marketing and communications (newsletters, print ads, social media)
• Sales and hosting program tours
• Oversee student policies
• Support smooth function of all program operations
• Manage all program related inquiries and communications
• Manage staff workloads
• Coordinate communications between staff, students and administrators
• Organize all program related events
• Manage admissions and potential students
• Organize individualized program plans
• Create and maintain program records
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
• be organized
• be proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Drive (word and excel specifically)
• have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• have some sales experience
• be willing to learn
• be able to work independently
• be a team-player
