Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise, organize and direct the work activities of construction staff to attain the assigned goals by approving and authorizing painting and decorating projects.
Ensure safety and health standards are met while painting and estimate for material and labor costs.
Monitors and reports on the work activities of skilled Painters, and lesser-skilled laborers.
Instruct painters on the appropriate use of equipment and painting techniques.
Ensure that proper supplies are available along with the equipments.
