Position Overview:
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and providing executive-level support to our C-Level Executive and Board of Directors.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda creation, document distribution, and minute-taking.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the executive, ensuring optimal time management.
• Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
• Assist in the preparation and review of presentations and documents.
• Collaborate with other executive assistants and team members to streamline processes.
