About Our Client

Our client has an immediate need for a Project Manager who is passionate about ensuring excellence in health and safety protocols on project sites.

Job Description
 •  nsure adherence to health and safety protocols on project sites.
 •  Adopt best practices in project management, aligned with company culture and client requirements.
 •  Manage procurement of professional services, equipment, and subcontractors.
 •  Collaborate with Senior Project Director and Construction Engineers to negotiate and award contracts to subcontractors.
 •  Coordinate the review of mechanical, electrical, and structural drawings to ensure feasibility of construction.
 •  Manage day-to-day activities on construction sites, including trade coordination and problem-solving.
 •  Collaborate with Project Coordinator and Construction Managers to identify permit requirements and ensure timely project delivery.
 •  Manage nonlinear construction processes in collaboration with design and construction team.
 •  Develop project schedules and identify project risks and mitigation paths.
 •  Communicate project progress, issues, and client satisfaction with internal colleagues and clients.
 •  Ensure alignment of project team with client priorities and needs.

The Successful Applicant
 •  Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent field.
 •  10+ years of experience in construction project management.
 •  Understanding and application of local permits and regulations.
 •  Knowledge of business risk and financial implications in decision-making.
 •  Interest in energy systems in the built environment.
 •  Valid driver's license.
