Do you get excited about working on LARGE and innovative construction projects? This role might just be what you've been looking for! As one of the senior Contract Administrators, you will play a crucial role in overseeing contract obligations as the Prime Builder for our esteemed client.
This position will primarily involve upstream administration, enforcement, and claims management, ensuring that contractual requirements are met and upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
All about the day to day:
• Review and analyze contract documents to fully understand the obligations, responsibilities, and scope of work as the Prime Builder.
• Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with contractual terms and conditions.
• Proactively identify and address potential contract risks and discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate and facilitate contract negotiations and modifications as necessary.
• Monitor project progress and performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Manage and resolve contract disputes and claims in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation related to contract administration activities
