Responsibilities :

 •  Staff the main desk and facilitate the arrival of participants to classrooms
 •  Manage records and certificates for employees
 •  Maintain meticulous documentation in a fast-paced office environment
 •  Database entry when needed
 •  Adaptability to meet evolving demands in a dynamic work environment

About you :

 •  Previous experience in finance or office role
 •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and potentially PowerPoint) required
 •  Post-secondary in Business is a plus
 •  Attention to detail
 •  Great communication and organizational skills
