We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and help build our internal tooling to enable us to scale.
Our founding team and advisors are serial entrepreneurs and technologists from Mozilla, MIT, and former founders of high-growth venture-backed startups. The company is joined by top-tier, global venture funds and angel investors.
Job Description:
Our Engineering Manager will work closely with our lead software developers, CEO, Chief Architect, and Technical Product Manager to set project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. A key aspect of this position is mentoring and developing engineers, promoting a collaborative team environment, and fostering innovation.
The ideal candidate should possess a technical background, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams in delivering scalable and efficient solutions. Effective communication and strategic decision-making skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
• Prior experience as a software engineer
• Passion for innovation, novel tech, and startups
• Prior experience in a managerial role at a software company
Nice-to-Haves:
• Prior experience leading development or product direction in at least one of the following: Android, fintech, mobile games, or low-level embedded HW/SW
• Prior experience at a VC-funded startup
• Prior experience reporting to a CEO at a VC-funded startup
