Job Description
As a Site Superintendent, you'll play a crucial role in supervising the implementation of large-scale building improvement projects. With your expertise in heavy mechanical and electrical processes, you'll ensure the seamless execution of projects while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment for all team members.
• Support and implement above-industry-standard Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) best practices.
• Adopt best practices in construction management in alignment with our company culture and client needs.
• Review and contribute to building and maintaining an achievable project schedule, including key milestones and deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day activities on construction sites, including trade coordination, material delivery and procurement processes, alignment with project schedule, budget, and workforce availability.
• Cultivate a collaborative environment, ensuring positive interactions between clients, building users, subcontractors, and operators.
• Check the quality of work and ensure conformity with plans and specifications.
• Represent the project engineers when they are unable to be on site and support them in various related tasks from site supervision to project execution.
• Maintain above-standard project documentation practices.

• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable using MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts between diverse stakeholders, often under stressful circumstances.
• Ability to act as a representative of our company with all stakeholders, including negotiating and compromising with professionalism.
