Responsibilities:

 •  Drive the company’s financial planning by developing comprehensive financial strategies and goals that align with the organization's overall objectives. This includes identifying key areas for growth, analyzing market trends and economic conditions, and evaluating potential financial risks.
 •  Perform risk management by conducting in-depth analysis of the organization's liabilities and investments. This involves assessing the potential impact of various risks, such as market volatility and regulatory changes, and implementing proactive measures to mitigate these risks.
 •  Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure to optimize financial resources. This includes overseeing the allocation of funds, identifying opportunities for investment, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.
 •  Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations by monitoring and managing income and expenses. This involves forecasting cash needs, implementing effective cash management strategies, and optimizing working capital to support day-to-day operations.
 •  Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. This includes negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor performance, and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships that contribute to overall organizational success.

Requirements
 •  Proven experience as a CFO, finance officer, or in a similar role, where you have successfully managed financial operations and driven growth and profitability.
 •  In-depth knowledge and understanding of corporate financial law and regulations, as well as risk management practices, enabling you to ensure compliance and effectively mitigate financial risks.
 •  Excellent proficiency in data analysis and forecasting methods, allowing you to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
 •  Ability to think critically, strategize, and solve complex financial problems, demonstrating your strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 •  Demonstrated experience in providing strong leadership and managing teams, with a proven track record of effective organizational and people management skills.
