Job Description
• Creatively orchestrate and expedite loan closings on real estate investment transactions
• Work with borrowers, brokers, underwriters and lawyers when reviewing all transactions
• Draft all financial terms while complete all underwriting terms
• Draft and review loan memos for credit committee review and approval
• Review all property financial statements and reports, inspection of properties and interview borrowers
