Please note: This posting is for a 4-month Student Summer 2025 placement with a start date of May 2025 and end-date of August 2025. In order to be eligible for this 4-month Student position, you must either:
- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of August 2025; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in April/August 2025), but you require the work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.

What is the opportunity?
As a Summer Student on the Performance & Incentive Design team in RBC’s P&CB National Office, you will support the annual planning, process and execution of employee performance and incentive plans across Retail banking (Integrated Markets, Group Advantage, Career Sales, Advice Centre)

What will you do?- Assist with data collection, automation, reporting and monitoring of employee performance results including providing insights.
- Assist with the annual maintenance and launch of Performance Management, Assessment Guides and Job Aids
- Collect and summarize annual changes to ensure consistency and all key stakeholders and other role families are able to apply relevant changes.
- Opportunity to streamline, assist in creating efficiency, simplification and processing of documents and or reports
- This may include help supporting broader teams to help with capacity
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have- Exceptionally organized individual with strong attention to detail
- Technical acumen- coding, data, reporting and proficiency working with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Tableau, Sharepoints, etc.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills- Confidence in engaging with employees in person or on the phone
- Ability to work both independently and collaborate with partners/teams
- Experience coding/programming- SQL, SAS
- Ability to put together executive summaries and other presentations
