Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Systems and Cloud Support Specialist to join our team. This role is a hybrid position that combines desktop support, systems administration, and cloud technology management. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting end-user issues, managing cloud-based systems, and ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure
Desktop & End-User Support (60%)- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and user-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues on Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and enterprise applications.
- Assist users with cloud-based productivity tools, such as Microsoft 365.
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and ensure timely upgrades and replacements.
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure uptime and security.
- Support and manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and other cloud platforms.
- Administer cloud-based applications.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
- Assist with identity and access management (IAM), security configurations, and compliance.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure adherence to best practices for endpoint security, including Defender and EDR solutions.
- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and IT policies.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, VLANs, and other related technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and cloud environments.
- Experience with Active Directory, M365, and user management.
- Understanding of endpoint security solutions (e.g., Microsoft Defender, EDR, SIEM tools).
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or AWS Certified, Oracle Cloud Practitioner are a plus.
