What You’ll Do

As an HR Services Specialist you will:

  • Deliver Customized HR Solutions: Tailor policy manuals for clients in diverse industries and jurisdictions across Canada.
  • Client Collaboration: Respond to client emails and conduct engaging client calls to gather essential employment information and ensure their needs are met.
  • Stay Compliance-Focused: Review collected information to ensure alignment with current employment legislation.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in developing tools and templates that empower our clients and enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Support Consulting Initiatives: Discuss additional consulting offerings with clients and assist with consulting projects as needed.
  • Track Your Success: Monitor project progress and contribute to team goals with regular tracking and reporting.

Requirements

About You

You’re an HR professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and solutions to clients. Here’s what makes you a great fit for this role:

  • Client-Focused: You care about providing accurate, compliant information that aligns with best HR practices and supports client success.
  • Educational Background: You hold a bachelor’s degree, diploma, or graduate certificate in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experienced: 1 year of experience in human resources, giving you a solid foundation to build upon is preferred.
  • Strong Communicator: You excel at engaging clients, building relationships, managing expectations, and creating meaningful professional connections.
  • Organized and Efficient: You have strong administrative skills and can effectively manage your time, even when faced with competing priorities.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient in Microsoft products, including Excel and SharePoint, and comfortable leveraging technology to streamline processes.
  • Innovative Thinker: You enjoy thinking outside the box to develop creative, efficient, and innovative HR solutions.
  • HR Knowledge: You have exposure to, or experience with, researching and developing HR programs, policies, and procedures.

It’s a bonus if you:

  • Have or are working toward your CHRP designation.
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Jira, Articulate (Including Storyline and Presenter)
  • Have experience working within multiple jurisdictions.
  • Have experience working in SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.
