We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in Toronto, Ontario. The role involves a variety of tasks primarily focusing on ensuring smooth office operations within our industry.
This is a 4-week contract, fully on-site, 9 AM - 5 PM, starting on November 25th.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in office functions by setting up necessary supplies
- Acting as an aiding hand, especially during events by managing food and drink arrangements
- Welcoming and providing necessary assistance to incoming vendors
- Responsible for maintaining the office kitchen, including regular replenishment of refreshments and daily snacks
