Our client in Edmonton is looking for a Contract Administrative Assistant to support their team with day-to-day office tasks. This is a role with a mix of admin and light bookkeeping duties.

What You’ll Do:

  • General admin and front desk reception.
  • Answer phones and greet visitors.
  • Light bookkeeping (AP/AR, cheque processing).
  • Organize files and send templated client letters.
  • Track health spending account details.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Help keep the office tidy.
  • Occasionally take meeting minutes.
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested.
