About Our Client
Our client is an established Construction Management and General Contracting firm, dedicated to serving private sector clients with their residential and commercial building project needs. The company is dedicated to delivering high end, high quality projects, with a strong track record of on schedule and on budget project delivery leading to repeat business client relationships.
Due to current growth and new project acquisition, the organization is looking to secure an experienced Construction Supervisor to join their team for their custom home building division.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the site operations for a custom home high end renovation or new build project
- Coordinate, manage and schedule all trade activity on site
- Maintain a high level of health and safety on site at all times
- Deliver the project on schedule and on budget
- Report project progress to key internal and external stakeholders daily
- All other duties as required

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Strong track record of delivering intricate and high end custom home new builds, renovations, restorations and additions on budget and on schedule
- Over ten years of experience working with local market, reputed GC and CM firms overseeing similar scopes of builds
- Experience successfully overseeing custom home building projects valued at $1M - $10M plus, full cycle is a must
- Strong local network of trades and industry professionals
- Excellent on site safety track record on previous projects delivered
- Relevant educational background in engineering, construction management or trades
- Excellent leadership, management, technical construction and software skills
