Systems Administrator

We are in search of a Systems Administrator to join our clients team in York Region. The role involves providing operational support for Windows, O365, and AWS requirements within a diverse, customer service-oriented environment. This role is an exciting opportunity that requires a creative and collaborative approach, with a focus on innovative solutions and effective execution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for Windows, ensuring the smooth running of the system.
• Manage O365 requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain AWS solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate effectively with the team, promoting a supportive and cooperative work environment.
• Analyze problems and offer practical solutions or guidelines to analysts and technicians.
• Conduct research to gather and analyze information efficiently.
• Communicate effectively, presenting ideas and solutions persuasively.
• Utilize skills in Cloud Technologies, Firewall Technologies, Active Directory, MS Office 365, Microsoft Windows Server, Amazon Web Services (AWS), PowerShell Scripting, and Networking to perform tasks effectively.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
