Director, CLAO Strategy & Employee Enablement
In this role, you will develop initiatives to support the CLAO Groups strategic priorities, manage all employee enablement programs and events, and oversee other operational and administrative matters. This is an exciting opportunity to build a team and shape the future of the CLAO Group.
What will you do? Develop initiatives, programming and communications to support the CLAO OCs strategic priorities and to provide CLAO employees with the tools they need to drive CLAOs and RBCs enterprise priorities. Assist with preparing materials for the CLAO OC meetings.
Work with the other teams within CLAO Shared Services to provide comprehensive and relevant reporting and communications to the CLAO OC. Manage employee learning sessions. Oversee performance awards programs and other CLAO special-purpose councils and committees.
Manage leadership meetings and other events such as Town Halls, Leadership Forums and other employee events. Oversee and manage onboarding of employees. Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative and operational support for the CLAO Group, including business continuity programs.
What do you need to succeed? Must-have Bachelors degree. 10+ years experience in business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, communications or other business-related roles. Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
