IT Manager

We are seeking an IT Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will be in charge of overseeing our technology infrastructure, digital platforms, and e-commerce initiatives. You will be instrumental in shaping the IT strategy to support our growth, manage key vendor relationships, and ensure robust cybersecurity and operational efficiency.

• Oversee the development and implementation of the IT strategy to support business growth and enhance team productivity
• Lead IT projects aimed at improving customer engagement and operational scalability
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry
• Lead the reimplementation of the ERP system to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to define project requirements and ensure a seamless transition
• Manage and maintain digital and in-store systems, including POS systems, ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms
• Manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency
• Establish a Disaster Recovery program to safeguard company tech assets
• Build and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and service providers, and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions
• Oversee cybersecurity infrastructure and policies, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering an innovative culture
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align IT initiatives with company objectives.
