We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager for a 3-month contract, with the potential for a permanent transition with a leading private equity firm. This role requires a proactive professional who can work independently in a hybrid setting and support senior leadership with financial oversight, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and oversee financial performance across multiple operating businesses.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
- Support due diligence and financial analysis for M& A transactions and investment opportunities.
- Conduct market research and financial assessments to support corporate strategies.
