We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator based in Toronto, Ontario to join a nonprofit organization in the health sector.

This on-site role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, including conducting health and safety inspections, maintaining compliance with funding bodies, and managing administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Review audits and ensure compliance with funding requirements, either on-site or digitally.
  • Oversee and manage schedules, ensuring proper coordination and accuracy.
  • Handle incoming calls, triage issues, and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Provide daily reports to management, detailing key updates and insights.
  • Utilize tools such as Excel to manage data, repairs, and reconciliations.
  • Work with Outlook for daily communication and scheduling.
  • Support payroll and HR processes using ADP.
  • Exhibit flexibility by being available on weekends as needed

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a Personal Support Worker (PSW) setting is a plus.
  • Prior work in nonprofit or supported living environments is an asset.
