Our Production Team is looking for new team members!
Location: Etobicoke, ON.Employment Type: Part Time
Shift: Days and Nights (24 hours per week) - Must have flexible availability throughout the week (weekdays and weekends)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Responsibilities- Pack the product into trays or boxes as needed
- Stack the product in trays as per specification
- Coordinate with Lead Hand and Machine Operator for any quality issues
- Follow finished product-packaging instructions
- Pack the product at machine speed
- Clean the area at packaging and follow GMPs at all times
- Maintain clean work area
- Perform additional tasks as directed
- Previous experience in general labour / production (food production experience is an asset)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction;
- Possess some degree of mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in an efficient but safe manner
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong numeracy skill
- Ability to think, troubleshoot, and react to situations
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (written and verbal)
- Flexible availability during both weekends and weekdays)
