Our Financial Services Client is looking for a IT Director, Enterprise Applications (Corporate Systems) for the development, deployment, and strategic management of corporate systems, specifically in the areas of HR, Finance, and Marketing.

This is Permanent role,100% Remote with once a quarter in office, PST hours

Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on enterprise systems (HR, Finance, Marketing) and software development within Financial/Banking industry
  • Strong technical background in software development, enterprise architecture, and system integration.
  • 5+ years of experience in vendor management and negotiating enterprise-level contracts.
  • Deep understanding of corporate applications such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and financial systems.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and modern application architectures (microservices, containerization, etc.).
  • Proficiency in database management, security protocols, and data governance.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
