Office Clerk

Our NAPA distribution center, located in Montreal-East is looking for a full-time Office clerk.

You main responsibilities will be:

• Handle claims with suppliers for the warehouses.
• Contact suppliers to ensure all due credits are collected.
• Reconcile any discrepancies between the credit received and the claimed amount.
• Resolve high-level and complex discrepancies found in claims/credit reconciliations.
• Prepare accounting for the annual inventory demarcation.

To join our team, you need:

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
• Bilingualism in French and English, as you will frequently collaborate with clients across Canada.
