Job Purpose:
The Client Solutions Specialist will lead quoting, integration, and operational optimization for RFPs and RFQs while ensuring seamless onboarding and account management for clients. This role combines technical expertise in EDI/API integrations, operational proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), and client-facing skills to deliver end-to-end logistics and transportation solutions.Aligned with the company’s organizational goals and OKRs, this role plays a key part in driving success by ensuring that all operations and solutions are designed to support the achievement of these objectives, ultimately contributing to sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Integration and Account Management
- Oversee the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, integration, and ongoing account maintenance.
- Act as primary point of contact for client integration and escalations, providing tailored warehousing and transportation solutions.
- Collaborate with Clients, WMS & TMS - IT departments, and other third-party vendors to align client needs with operational capabilities.
- Support sales growth by attending sales calls and meetings, providing insight into our solutions to help secure new clients and expand business opportunities.
- Quoting and Proposal Support
- Prepare accurate quotes for RFPs and RFQs, ensuring competitive, and comprehensive, client-specific solutions.
- Analyze client requirements, proposing innovative client specific, and cost-effective warehouse and transportation solutions.
- Technical Integration and Optimization
- Manage and execute API and EDI integrations with carriers and clients to streamline operations for communications.
- Optimize the processes within our WMS and train clients and NAFF personnel to utilize its full functionality.
- Develop workflows and processes that enhance operational efficiency and meet client needs.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor, analyze, and report on internal and external key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success.
- Provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in warehouse and transportation operations.
- Collaboration and Training
- Train warehouse, and inventory personnel along with clients on WMS functionality and operational best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, inventory, warehouse operations, and IT, to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Professional & Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- API and/or EDI certification is an asset.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing environments, with a focus on client-facing roles and API/EDI Integration.
Skills & Ability:
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Strong understanding of EDI and API Integrations, with experience implementing and managing them.
- Expertise in quoting, preparing RFPs and RFQs, and developing logistics solutions.
- Familiarity with GDP, ISO 13485, food products, and DG compliance standards is an asset.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting on KPIs.
