This is more than a job — it’s a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills alongside experienced butchers in a fast-paced, high-quality market where teamwork, service, and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we do.As a Butcher Assistant, you'll help us deliver the freshest, finest cuts while upholding the values that define L’OCA: Quality, Scratch, Theatre, Service, and Love. You’ll be involved in preparing and packaging meat, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, managing inventory, and supporting our customers and team with a can-do, happy-to-help attitude.
