• Resolve customer complaints, striving for customer satisfaction
• Carry out general administrative duties as needed
• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and order entry tasks
• Schedule appointments as part of customer service support
• Perform ad hoc customer support duties as required.
