We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven B2B Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our business partners across Toronto and the surrounding areas.

This independent, in-person role offers both autonomy and high earning potential for a motivated individual.

Role Overview

As the B2B Relationship Manager, you will serve as Nuovo’s primary representative in managing relationships with 25 partner locations across Toronto and the surrounding areas. Your day-to-day responsibilities include visiting 1–3 partner locations daily to engage with their staff, provide mentorship, and ensure Nuovo’s services remain a top priority.

You’ll also create and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with general managers and executives, and actively participate in partner WhatsApp groups to foster collaboration and share results of competitions and incentives.

Over time, as success is demonstrated, the role will expand to include scouting and closing new partnerships, helping to grow our network further.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engagement & Support: Visit partner locations daily to build relationships, mentor staff, and educate them on promoting Nuovo’s services effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track the success of partner locations and share detailed reports with general managers and the executive team.
  • Collaboration: Actively participate in partner WhatsApp groups, fostering ongoing communication and motivation through competition and incentive updates.
  • Representation: Attend monthly trade shows and occasional events to represent Nuovo and generate new business opportunities.
  • Scouting & Expansion: Once initial success is achieved, identify and secure new partnership opportunities in the region.

Requirements

Schedule
  • Evening Shifts: 1–2 per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Weekend Shifts: 3-4 days per month (weekday off if a weekend shift is worked).
  • Trade Shows: 1 per month (attendance required).
  • Driving Requirements: Comfort with daily driving of 1–3 hours to cover partner locations is essential.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in face-to-face relationship management, sales, or business development.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and highly disciplined.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license.

Benefits

Compensation?
  • Base Salary: $75,000.
  • Earning Potential: Up to $110,000–$120,000 with performance-based incentives.
