- Hybrid/Flex (Toronto) Duration- 6 Months (Strong chance of extension) Our Telecom Client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to spearhead our enterprise-wide Zscaler zero trust implementation.
This role combines strong project management expertise with deep understanding of zero trust architecture to transform our healthcare security landscape.
Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of Zscaler's zero trust platform: Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) deployment Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) rollout Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) integration Manage phased migration from legacy security systems to zero trust architecture Coordinate integration with existing security tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Consolidation of tenants and simplification Support additional business units and use cases.
Develop a comprehensive project plan for Zscaler implementation.Manage project budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
Mitigate risks and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Lead cross-functional teams including security, network, and application teams.
Track and report project metrics and KPIs.
Manage stakeholder communications and change management.
Must-Have Skills Experience in implementing enterprise-wide security solutions and network security solutions (e.g., EDR, SIEM, IAM systems) Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plan and deliverables (Project plan must be interlocked with other key project timelines e.g.
Domain consolidation, CorpSec plans, ZScaler roadmap) Strong Understanding of Zero trust security principles and architecture, Zscaler platform capabilities and components , Cloud security and access management , Identity and access management systems & Security controls and frameworks Nice-to-Have Skills Ability to create and present technical proof of concepts to diverse stakeholders\ Proficiency in secure cloud migration strategies for healthcare data Experience with technical change management in healthcare environments Apply
